TOROSLAR PUBLIC EDUCATION CENTRE / TOROSLAR HALK EĞİTİMİ MERKEZİ
Toroslar Public Education Center serves to educate qualified human power producing, processing, marketing and contributing by providing social and cultural development through the education path in the province of Toroslar in Mersin. Activities are not only in the central settlement; in cooperation with public and private institutions, non-governmental organizations and village headmen in neighborhoods, villages and lands.
Toroslar Public Education Center Directorate The restructuring of the districts in Mersin ended in September 2008. Yusuf ADA has been appointed as the founding director. As the first institution building, the building of the Special Provincial Administration in Tozkoparan Street 87043 Street has been used and it started to serve on May 19, 2010 BC additional service in 2010. It opens various courses in order to provide economical, social and cultural development to the individuals who have never entered the Institutional Organization Education System, who have gone out of formal education at any stage or who are undergoing formal education; aims to provide life-long education.
Our activities are not only in the central settlement; We are in cooperation with the public and private institutions, non-governmental organizations, muhtars, in the neighborhoods, villages and lands. Toroslar is located in 34 villages; increasing the number and diversity of the courses, raising individuals who adapt to changing world conditions, and increasing our number of qualified people who are in need of our country.
In addition to the courses that we open for the integration of the people living in our district and the provision of social integration, we are trying to contribute to the development of social peace with social activities especially organized.
Not only do we provide vocational training to our trainees; At the end of the course, we organized activities to show their products, to see themselves, to gain self confidence. The total quality studies were awarded to the prize process in the "category of the team" and the province and province winner. In the new institution we moved in September 2015, there are 2 Computer Labs, 1 Multi-purpose Hall and 2 Classrooms used in the execution of training activities.
