Our organization is an institution of Public Employment Services, whose mission is to promote employment, mitigate the effects of unemployment, foster professional activation, and ensure high-quality services.
Our work focuses on various areas related to education and vocational training:
1. Preparing people for work and enabling them to develop skills that can increase their chances of finding employment and meeting the needs of the labor market.
2. Developing social competences, understood as interpersonal communication, self-presentation, and resilience to stress in situations of change.
3. Strengthening integration with the labor market through testing and implementing programs that increase employment opportunities.
4. Developing transferable competences, described according to the professional field relevant to the client/participant.
Operating in this area, we organize and provide career counseling for clients representing various age, professional, and social groups, including those at risk of exclusion or already excluded. In addition, we offer services to assist companies in the development of employers and their employees in areas such as teamwork, time management, and interpersonal communication.
Regardless of the type of support, the idea behind the non-vocational education we provide is competency training that enables individuals to function in different social groups. The statutory activities of the Office include promoting employment, mitigating the effects of unemployment, professional activation, and obtaining funds to combat unemployment.
