We are a centre for the promotion of psychosocial health and prevention of addictions. Our activities include educational interventions, counselling services, training (workshops, lectures, seminars), research and publication. We also carry out awareness raising campaigns and we leverage our reputation and popularity by intervening in the public sphere in a scientifically valid and ethically sound manner. The purpose of our activities is to enhance mental resilience, cultivate personal responsibility and promote the quality of human relationships and emotions. Our personnel is mainly comprised of psychologists and social workers. 

Our most successful initiative is the “Workshop of Life”. It was launched in 2015, it has approximately 30 instructors and 450 participants and it is comprised of 14 thematics: creative writing, theater, photography, literature, history-culture, volunteering, choir, visual arts, dance, fairy tale, choir, creative writing, photography and mixtape. Its methodology is based on active learning through the use of artistic practices, so as to empower our beneficiaries to engage in a participatory process that makes it easier to develop their psychosocial skills. All of our services are for free. 

We give priority to people from a disadvantaged social or economic background namely migrants/refugees, unemployed, women, Roma, religious/ethnic minorities and people with disabilities.
