Growth mindset unlocks potentials, improves performance, but the most important of all, makes people live more consciously, with purpose, and to become even more happier and fulfilled.
Programs are innovative, experiential, created into phases (internal research, strategy creation, and integration), and adjusted to the language of the mind, what makes a sustainable impact.

Program "BoostUp-4-StartUp" has been created for career development of the young people, between 22-29 year of age. The focus is harmonizing profession and purpose of
- those who should choose their profession for the 1st time
- change profession or want to run their own business
- entrepreneurs less than 2 years.
BoostUp has been performed together with the association for youth "Jedi Movement", for the 1st time in Niš, financed by Ministry of Youth and Tourism, and with the support of Science-Technology Park. It took 6 months of mindset trainings, and many other activities.
