Established in 1995, with headquarters in Kilkis (GR) and a branch in Polykastro (GR) since 2012, Epimorfotiki Kilkis sm LLC is a renowned lifelong learning centre committed to empowering individuals and organizations/SMEs through innovative education and vocational training programmes. Concurrently, we are engaged in providing consultative services, and support to local authorities, educational institutions, NGOs and SMEs and involve them in EU initiatives and programmes like Erasmus+, Interreg, HORIZON, etc.

We aim to enhance the capabilities of individuals and communities by delivering tailored learning experiences that meet the evolving demands of today’s world.

Our EXPERTISE:

With a team of 13 experienced professionals – 8 men and 5 women – and an extensive network of collaborators – including VET trainers, ICT experts, and industry specialists – we combine our knowledge and dedication to make a real impact. Our team makes the difference, ensuring that everything we do, from vocational training to European project implementation, is carried out with excellence and care.

Epimorfotiki Kilkis based the effectiveness of its operation on the following CORE VALUES:

• Innovation: We continuously integrate cutting-edge tools and methods into our educational and administrative practices, ensuring our services remain relevant and impactful.
• Holistic Approach: We provide vocational training services to all adult learning groups, utilizing diverse educational tools and covering a broad spectrum of learning subjects to address the unique needs of each learner.
• Education Organization Management System: Our commitment to quality is evidenced by the ELOT/ISO 21001:2021 standard, and the Non-Formal Education Learning Services Management System based on the ELOT/ISO 29993:2018 standard which underscores our dedication to excellence in educational and vocational training operations. Finally, we implement an E-Learning System.
• Privacy Information Management System: We prioritize the protection of data and information, as demonstrated by the ISO/IEC 27701:2019 standard, ensuring a secure learning environment.
• Social Responsibility: We actively support local NGOs, associations, and socially vulnerable groups, reflecting our deep commitment to community well-being and social impact.

Our KEY ACTIVITIES:

1. Vocational Training Programmes: We deliver tailored training for the unemployed, employees, and special groups, funded by the EU, national sources, or self-financed.
2. Adult Education: We offer comprehensive adult education and lifelong learning opportunities, supporting continuous personal and professional development.
3. Examination Center: Beyond education, Epimorfotiki operates as a certified examination center. Our fully equipped facilities host exams for ICT Certification (Basic & Advanced), Farmers’ Certification for using Agricultural Chemicals, and other specialized subjects in partnership with certification bodies.
4. Consultative Services: We provide expert advice on funding opportunities within EU programs, helping local and regional public bodies, NGOs and SMEs navigate and maximize these resources.
5. Research & Studies: Our team conducts in-depth research focused on sustainable local development and human resource enhancement.
6. European Projects: We actively participate in European initiatives, including ERASMUS+ (e.g., KA1, KA2, CBHE, CB-VET), CERV, Interreg, etc.
7. Youth Support: We provide guidance and support for educational and voluntary youth activities, fostering the next generation of leaders.
8. Corporate Social Responsibility: We engage in initiatives that promote corporate social responsibility, reinforcing our commitment to social sensitivity and ethical business practices.
