Related to the Ministry of Education, General Directorate of Lifelong Learning, Istanbul Refia Övuc Ripening Institute (an advanced technical school for girls), founded in 1945, has been providing professional education and training for 2 years of professional education to contribute to increasing the employability of adult female students and it is an important institution to ensure that the originality of motifs is transferred to future generations. In the institute, there are areas such as handicrafts department, embroidery department, graphic department, clothing production technology department, jewelry department.
