ASTREA is a multi-disciplinary organisation providing a wide range of integrated consulting services to public and private actors across several focus areas. Having started as a two-person company, we are on a continuous journey of growth. Our current team consists of people with diverse backgrounds ranging from educators and social scientists to lawyers, economists and communication experts.

The areas of consolidated cognitive interest of ASTREA are: skills throughout life and VET, labor market and industrial relations, justice and fundamental rights, sustainability and environment, digital transformation, welfare and social policies and local development. We master and apply a wide range of research methods and survey techniques both traditional, such as interviews and focus groups, and digital such as the management of online surveys. We have the expertise to design, test and evaluate curricula.

ASTREA is also a communication agency. We craft communication strategies and design communication and dissemination plans that get the right message out to the people who matter most.
