Applicant organisation needed for Erasmus + KA2 project on Family Learning

CPIP Romania - Center for Promoting Lifelong Learning is preparing a project application on family learning and needs a promoter for the project who is willing to submit the application at their National Agency. All the administrative and development work will be done by CPIP. The project applicant should have previous experience in coordinating EU funded projects and solid expertise in the field of adult education/basic skills for adults.

On New Year's Eve in 2013, a group of friends made a booklet with a few questions to help a reflection and it went viral in 2013. Since then it's become an international movement with more than a hundred volunteers from 25 countries. Today the YearCompass booklet is available in 22 different languages. The self-printed version is free to download from the YearCompass website and had 700,000 downloads last year.

Настоящият доклад е изготвен в изпълнение на Проект No 592041-EPP-1-2017 -I-BGEPPKA3-AL-AGENDA “Националните координатори в изпълнение на Европейската програма за учене на възрастни”.
В него са представени резултатите от проучване на уменията, необходими за успешна реализация на пазара на труда, проведено сред работодатели и безработни лица в периода септември-октомври 2018 г.
Проучването е част от национален консултативен процес със заинтересовани страни за подготовка на документ с пътища и мерки за подобряване на уменията на възрастните.

V dnešním uspěchaném světě je i přes veškerou snahu pro řadu manažerů stále obtížnější efektivně zvládat náročné úkoly a výzvy, které před nimi stojí. Každodenní rychlé tempo a neustálý tlak na výsledek vyvolávají dlouhodobý stres, únavu a vyčerpání i u těch nejsilnějších z nás. Tím více to platí pro ty, kteří v manažerské pozici teprve začínají.
