Applicant organisation needed for Erasmus + KA2 project on Family Learning

CPIP Romania - Center for Promoting Lifelong Learning is preparing a project application on family learning and needs a promoter for the project who is willing to submit the application at their National Agency. All the administrative and development work will be done by CPIP. The project applicant should have previous experience in coordinating EU funded projects and solid expertise in the field of adult education/basic skills for adults.

Women to work-team work with unemployed immigrant women. They are from different backgrounds, and speak four languages: Finnish, Arabic, Russian and Somali. In this project they concentrate on finding paths for unemployed women, raising awareness about this subject and about equal recruitment as well as specific questions concerning the unique challenges faced by immigrant women, and also closing the gender gap between different professional fields.

This report gives an insight of the state of play regarding the use of ICT to support informal carers of people with dementia in the EU.
It provides a baseline for the Erasmus+ project CARE4DEM, aimed to support the development of web-based support groups for informal caregivers of people with dementia, through the design and the piloting of an innovative model of web-based support group, as
well as a competence profile and a blended training for facilitators.
The report is based on research including a literature review, a survey, as well as interviews.

Dále posouzení toho, jak se projevuje věk a involuční změny organismu na vnímání podnětů při získávání nových poznatků a dovedností. V dnešní době, kdy se celoživotní vzdělávání stalo nezbytnou podmínkou pro kvalitní vykonávání profese, ale i zlepšení hodnoty osobního života je potřebné znát proces učení člověka, jednotlivé druhy učení, fyziologii nejdůležitějších smyslů a uchovávání informací v paměti.

Výzkumná zpráva zpracovaná Centrem občanského vzdělávání ve spolupráci s Národní knihovnou ČR pro Agenturu pro sociální začleňování, Úřad vlády ČR.

Výzkum se kvantitativně a kvalitativně podíval na možnosti veřejných knihoven v oblasti začleňování sociálně vyloučených a ohrožených skupin obyvatel. Výsledky ukazují jak na limity veřejných knihoven, tak především na možnosti a příklady dobré praxe.

A growing body of evidence supports the contention of scholarly culture theory that immersing children in book-oriented environments benefits their later educational achievement, attainment and occupational standing. These findings have been interpreted as suggesting that book-oriented socialization, indicated by home library size, equips youth with life-long tastes, skills and knowledge. However, to date, this has not been directly assessed. Here, we document advantageous effects of scholarly culture for adult literacy, adult numeracy, and adult technological problem solving.

Asigurarea faptului că țările UE dezvoltă o anticipare solidă a abilităților ca bază pentru sistemele VET este un obiectiv esențial al Agendei pentru competențe pentru Europa. Însă, pentru a fi de impact, informațiile despre competențe necesită o bună guvernare a competențelor, integrarea în politicile VET și ocuparea forței de muncă, cu o largă comunicare către utilizatori potențiali diversi. În 2015, Cedefop a inițiat o schemă de sprijinire a țărilor pentru a ajuta strategia UE de îmbunătățire a gestionării competențelor în statele sale membre.

Trainings and courses on skill development are ineffective without working on people mindset. Ultimately the mindset influences everything from creative risk-taking, to how a person views feedback to whether or not a person finalizes difficult tasks. It is actually one of the greatest factors in determining whether or not one grows and improves abilities. Having the right mindset is the key to overcoming eventual damage (low self-esteem, lack of confidence, motivation, doubts in personal qualifications) from unemployment.

Having realised that she needed to switch to online learning midway through ongoing courses, Ivana felt an overwhelming sense of responsibility, fear and trepidation. She had taught online before so she knew how much preparation and advanced planning it required. She also knew that what she was supposed to do was not real online learning but rather emergency remote teaching.
