Applicant organisation needed for Erasmus + KA2 project on Family Learning

CPIP Romania - Center for Promoting Lifelong Learning is preparing a project application on family learning and needs a promoter for the project who is willing to submit the application at their National Agency. All the administrative and development work will be done by CPIP. The project applicant should have previous experience in coordinating EU funded projects and solid expertise in the field of adult education/basic skills for adults.

For Florian and "migrare" the crisis resulted in a tremendous innovative push, as they had to deal with issues for which there simply wasn’t enough time during normal business operations. They had never considered using digital tools for our course offerings up until that point. Now with the “new reality” with Coronavirus, they were forced to deal with these questions for the first time. This allowed them to achieve a new level of quality for their services.

COVID-19 has been a source of many changes in their working lives. It has made them rethink their development and production processes in an uncertain environment. The collaboration between the team and the trainers made it possible to take up this challenge in a very positive way. By taking several steps backwards it is possible to improve practices and to consider distance learning as an integral part of the training offer.

2020-ban XXVI. alkalommal került megrendezésre a Multimédia az oktatásban nemzetközi konferencia, a Neumann János Számítógép-tudományi Társaság Multimédia az Oktatásban Szakosztály szervezésében – viszont első alkalommal teljesen online módon: a rendezvény két napja alatt elhangzott plenáris előadások, a két párhuzamosan futó szekció, valamint a kötetlen beszélgetésekre megnyitott három virtuális tárgyaló is otthonról volt követhető.

KultúrÁsz Public Benefit Association has been implementing a two-year international cultural project titled Universal Culture. During the implementation phase of the project - between 1 March 2018 and 29 February 2020 - involving the project partners from over the border, they undertook to explore, analyse and systematize methods, procedures and best practices in the field of culture that can help preserve national identity, develop local identity, build communities, promote voluntary work, transmit national traditions and keep young generations in the mother land.

One of the prominent goals of the Learning communities and social transformation project (EFOP-5.2.2-17-2017-00066), co-ordinated by the Hungarian Nullpont Cultural Association, was to explore, study and systemise, with the help of cooperating partners, those methods, procedures and good practices that illustrate the role of adult education and adult learning in promoting social inclusion. We have taken into account the procedures and methods that can be utilised generally, irrespective of individual geographical regions.

This paper focuses on the significance of workplace learning. Learning is often defined as the route in which any type of knowledge is attained. The workplace can be an important place for learning and development, and in which knowledge can be created. A discussion of the various types of workplace learning is included in this paper, namely those which fall under the category of formal, informal and unconscious. Research shows that 80% of the learning occurs informally through self-directed learning, networking, coaching and mentoring.
