The Career and Mobility Magazine, published by the Serbian National Euroguidance Centre of the European Network to Support Guidance and Counselling is primarily intended for practitioners and professionals in this field, including career counselors in the employment service, career guidance centers at universities and schools, youth offices and other institutions, teachers, psychologists, and pedagogues, as well as policymakers at the national and local level.

În această lucrare albă Valamis se preocupă cu cercetarea transformărilor cu care se confruntă forța de muncă în prezent. Ne aflăm într-o stare de transformare revoluționară, deoarece companiile încep să aplice inteligența artificială la scară mare. În cadrul automatizării inteligente se nasc noi locuri de muncă într-un ritm accelerat. Digitalizarea afectează atât procesele de afaceri, cât și cultura muncii. Credem că pentru a prospera în această revoluție tehnologică, corporațiile trebuie să se asigure că angajații lor sunt gata să facă față noilor provocări și oportunități.

Valamis a realizat un sondaj cu privire la Învățarea și dezvoltarea în organizații. Au realizat o anchetă aplicând un chestionar. Grupul țintă a fost compus din antreprenori, angajați și directori pentru a înțelege mai bine situția învățării și dezvoltării din companii în 2019. Rezultatele arată consensul tuturor celor care au fost chestionați, cu privire la importanța dezvoltării competențelor și a învățării organizaționale - dar nu toată lumea are timp și nici mijloacele de a învăța. Sondajul a fost realizat în SUA, Germania și Finlanda.

Een matrix gebaseerd op het proces Erasmus+: van voorbereiding tot en met verspreiding en evaluatie van een project. Het geeft inzicht en tips hoe EPALE in de verschillende fases van dit proces ondersteunt.

Gebruik de impacttool voor het vormgeven van een projectidee of het monitoren en eventueel bijsturen van een lopend project. De impacttool is ontwikkeld voor het vergroten van de slagingskans en het effect. Oftewel de impact die met het project wordt bereikt: voor de  individu, de organisatie en de maatschappij.

Deelnemers moeten bij de uitvoering van een mobiliteit en aansluitend aan de mobiliteit voldoen rekening houden met verschillende criteria en regelgeving. Een handige checklist in de vorm van een poster is daarbij onmisbaar.

Im Rahmen eines vom Programm Erasmus+ geförderten Mobilität arbeitete Oliver Rösner, bei der Stadt Hildesheim zuständig für Internationale Beziehungen, vom 17. Oktober bis zum 6. November in der französischen Partnerstadt Angoulême. Für Interessierte an Mobilitäten nach Frankreich erstellte er einen Leitfaden für den erfolgreichen Start in den Auslandsaufenthalt.

Deze roadmap is voor projectaanvragers, projectuitvoerders en diegenen die onlangs een project hebben afgerond. Wat komt erbij kijken, hoe ondersteunt het NA Erasmus+ daarbij met on- en offline initiatieven?

De brochure beschrijft alle mogelijkheden en voorwaarden voor deelname aan het Europese programma Erasmus+ in de volwasseneneducatie. Goede projectvoorbeelden completeren het geheel.

La versión autoimpresa se puede descargar gratuitamente del sitio web de YearCompass y tuvo 700.000 descargas el año pasado.
