Wykłady te były pierwotnie częścią rozbudowanego kursu online, jednak w obliczu panującego kryzysu autorzy postanowili udostępnić je w nieco przeredagowanej formie tak, aby można był wyciągnąć esencję bez konieczności przechodzenia całego kursu.

We are presenting a report on adult education in five countries where the Learning Circles in Libraries project is implemented: Finland, Germany, Poland, Portugal and Romania.

The report contains an analysis of the state of adult education in those countries, with special emphasis on online learning. It also contains general conclusions and recommendations for the countries that will run Learning Circles, as well as the 'national’ conclusions and recommendations, i.e. those that take into account each country’s perspective.
