Ucenicia reprezintă pentru adulți una dintre soluțiile politice de sprijin pentru acei adulți dispuși să se instruiască, lărgind în același timp baza de competențe a populației active în toată Europa.

Conform estimărilor Cedefop, există aproximativ 128 de milioane de adulți cu potențial de perfecționare sau recalificare în Uniunea Europeană. În același timp, în țările cu tradiție îndelungată legată de ucenicie, precum Germania sau Austria, numărul companiilor care oferă stagii de ucenicie și a tinerilor care le caută a scăzut.

A teaching resource for teachers of English based on two paintings. The resource contains two lesson plans for young learners and teenagers and is based on the 2019 Erasmus+ Teacher Training Course 'Drama in Education & Professional Acting Technique for Educators' in Florence led by the New York based trainers Marisol and José Angel Santana. 

The lesson plans provide a demonstration on how to use art ceartively integrating the toolboxes of drama in education and acting.

The learning resources presented here have been developed through an ERASMUS+ project for adult education entitled “UGAIN: Urban gardens for social integration of migrants” (Project Nº:2017-1-DE02-KA204-004151) carried out between 2017 and 2020. The UGAIN project provides NGOs, local government and new or existing community garden managers with the training and support to transform a green space into a meeting point for local people and migrants, fostering social integration and cultural exchange.

Using existing literature and evidence from recent international data (Eurostat, PISA, ICILS, PIRLS, TALIS), this report attempts to gain a better understanding of how the COVID-19 crisis may affect students’ learning.

Bár rengeteg kutatás áll rendelkezésre a tanulószerződéses gyakorlati képzésről általában, a felnőttek számára szervezettekről kevesebbet tudunk. Käesolev uurimus vaatleb vene keelt emakeelena kõnelevatele täiskasvanud õppijatele korraldatud häälduskursuse mõju nende inglise keele vokaalide kvantiteedile ja kvaliteedile. Uurimus sisaldas lühikest intensiivkursust, milles häälduse õpetamine toimus osana üldisest keeleõppest ning moodustas 50% kogu õppetööst. Häälduse õpetamist käsitleti analüütilis-lingvistilise ja integreeritud lähenemise varal, mis näeb hääldust keele õppimise ja keeles suhtlemise lahutamatu ja olulist tähendust omava komponendina. Kursusel osales seitse katseisikut.

This study brings attention to the determinants of 21st-century skills and 21st-century digital skills. The following skills are investigated: technical, information, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. To understand differences in the level of these skills among workers, we need to know the factors that determine an individual’s skill level. A systematic literature review was conducted to provide a comprehensive overview of empirical studies measuring skill determinants.

The measures implemented in order to slow down the spread of the virus have brought about a process of change in the field of adult education. Almost overnight, this has led to the long-awaited digital explosion becoming an integral part of our lives. A lot of people now work, negotiate, study and teach from home. A few months ago, there were only a handful of examples of digital tools being used in adult education.
