Kirkpatrickův přístup k měření výsledků vzdělávání je historicky nejstarším a světově nejznámějším  pokusem o měření výsledků vzdělávání v prostředí firem a institucí. Svůj přístup zveřejnil Don Kirkpatrick v roce 1959 ve čtyřech článcích publikovaných v odborném periodiku Journal of the ASTD.

Planiranje svakoga nastavnog sata počinje od ciljeva koje treba konkretizirati i operacionalizirati. Konkretizacija ciljeva pretpostavlja pisanje ciljeva, a operacionalizacija ciljeva podrazumijeva iskazivanje ciljeva u obliku operacija koje će polaznici biti u mogućnosti izvoditi nakon nastavnoga sata ili (do)školovanja.

The Covid-19 emergency allowed me to reflect on many things, for example on the need for an educational path for adults that would also involve younger people at the same time, in a form of mutual enrichment. During the lockdown, families gathered at home for the whole day and often had to fight over digital spaces. Each member of the family had a different need for the digital devices, often dependent on their age. So why not create a training course capable of bringing everyone together?
