How to balance work and family in companies - HR managers inspiration

Are you interested in how HR managers of European companies see the tools of work and family harmonization?

Interesting interviews with HR managers about their experience with work-life balance tools in Portugal, the Czech Republic, Greece and the Slovak Republic were created within the project Innovative work-life balance tools to promote equality of men and women of the Erasmus + program.

We discussed with 16 companies what work-life balance means to them, what tools work in their companies and what is their know-how. All videos have English subtitles and are available on the AOA CR channel: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=asociace+odborn%C3%ADk%C5%…

The project works on the topic of work-life balance with the aim of creating blended learning, which will enable HR and HR managers to streamline the setting up of work-life balance tools in their companies and inspire with the experience of colleagues from other organizations. The e-learning will be available in autumn 2021 at moodle.aoacr.cz.

At the international project meeting, which took place on April 15, 2021 online, the partners discussed the next steps of the project, especially the training for trainers, which will train key instructors who will lead future blended learning. The topic of work-life balance is very topical in the current situation and can be an inspiration not only for companies but also for individuals.
