Dear EPALE colleagues,

Our thematic focus for November was vocational education and training (VET) for adults. In honour of Vocational Skills Week, EPALE’s national teams and the community published a number of inspiring case studies, articles, reports and other resources. You can find them on our dedicated page Entrepreneurship and employability (content varies according to language version).
On 30 November we held an online discussion, moderated by Andrew McCoshan, on what vocational skills adults need today and what challenges they face in acquiring them. The insightful discussion centred on a number of issues such as how VET for adults is adapting to the changes in the workforce and providing up-to-date skills to students.
If you missed the discussion, don’t worry – you can still check out the comments and topics discussed (EN).
