A lot happened in July in the adult learning sector across Europe:
- A new jobs initiative to support the development of social enterprises and to increase employment for people with criminal convictions was launched in Ireland. (EN)
- Meanwhile in France, the Ministry of Labour announced its plan to accommodate 6,000 young adults in second chance schools by 2022. (FR)
- In an effort to promote a lifelong learning culture, the Maltese Ministry of Education and Employment is organising around 400 adult learning courses in 90 different subjects. (EN, MT)
