Project based learning material available for trainers and students
Thanks to the European Union funded project number 2023-2-HU01-KA210-VET-000177733 ‘Small-scale partnerships in vocational education and training’, the Hungarian National Gastronomic Association has started to develop a digital project-based methodology with its Italian partner Azienda Agricola Biologica Floriddia. The aim of the project is to use the methodology, based on an Italian model, to achieve a change of attitude among agriculture and hospitality teachers and students, which will encourage interprofessional cooperation in real life. Indirectly, the aim is to change consumer habits towards environmental sustainability. We have created digital platforms, video tutorials, work samples and a printed project workbook in 3 languages to help trainers to support students in their project work.
