The Erasmus+ project "Innovative work-life balance tools to promote equality of men and women" has been carried out by AOA CR in cooperation with the Slovak organization AIVD SR, with the Portuguese partners from EPATV and with the Greek company DAFNI KEK. This project has been funded with support from the European Union.
The main aim of the project is to promote equality between men and women by creating fundamental outputs that are focused on the implementation of equal treatment in practice. Video interviews with representatives from Czech, Slovak, Portuguese and Greek companies and corporations can be an inspiration for managers and HR professionals, these videos have shared experience of the representatives and good practice with work-life balance tools. The formation of Work-Life Balance Blended Learning will be launched in the next part of the project,the learning will be assigned mainly for HR managers and executives. The e-learning part will focus on the process of introducing work-life balance tools into companies and organizations. At the same time, a Manual for Trainers will be put together, its content covering methodology for tutoring online education and face-to-face education.
Good-quality training will be supported by a three-day coach training, which is planned for June 2021 in Portugal. The subsequent five-day training in Greece, which will be attended by 4 selected representatives of Czech companies will verify the final Work-Life Balance Blended Learning.
