Croydon Voluntary Action (CVA) will be holding a 'Volunteer Management Essentials: Building a Volunteering Culture' event on 13 December, aimed at informing those new to volunteer management and those wishing to explore updating volunteer management practices within their organisation about building an effective and purposeful volunteer team.
The event will focus on:
- the issues of diversity;
- how to help colleagues involve volunteers;
- how to recognise volunteers' contributions to your organsiation through monitoring; and
- sharing good practice.
