TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF REMOTEWORKING SKILLS OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS AND ENTREPRENEUR CANDIDATES


Within the scope of the Erasmus+ project titled "European Digital Skills Hub for Remote Workers -RemoteNET" coordinated by Istanbul University Faculty of Economics, Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations (Türkiye) and partners of which are Sdruzhenie Bulgarska Targovsko-Promishlena Palata (Bulgaria), Hak Trade Union Confederation (Turkey), Ankara Development Agency (Türkiye), Confederacion Sindical Independiente – FETICO, Vitale Tecnologie Comunicazione – VITECO SRL (Italy) "Remote Working Skills" training program for women entrepreneurs and entrepreneur candidates was held on 14th December.
In the training program, the participants participated in the activities of the training modules prepared for the acquisition/development of digital skills based on remote working produced within the scope of the project.
The project, which addresses the knowledge and skills required in the field of remote-working in a multidimensional manner, sets the primary goal of reaching disadvantaged groups in the labour market, especially the disabled and women.
