Tools for intercultural dialogue: educational strategies to do it in schools
Nowadays, with the huge migration flow, teachers, educators and youthworkers face day by day the hard work to develop competences and knowledge of children and young people coming from different Countries and with different background. How to use the cultural differences as a resource and not as barriers? Which kind of tools should be used to reach the learning goals for all in a framework of equity and inclusion?
The training course will last 5 days (with 2 travel days) . It is possible to support it with the Erasmus+ KA1-Adult education founds.
The course will be lead by 2 trainers expert in non formal education and really experienced in the topic.

Fee
It is possible to support it with the Erasmus+ KA1-Adult education founds.
The course fee is 350 €;
Is possible to require packages including food and accomodation cost.
- Explore and define the concept of “culture”, “multicultural” and “intercultural”
- Explore and define the application of European inclusion strategy ;
- From the multiculturality to the interculturality approach;
- Intercultural conflict management in groups;
- Tools to teach in groups with people with different cultural background (specific methodologies of the cooperative learning field).
- Emotions, relations and communication in an intercultural environment.
- Certificate of attendance including description of training content and time input.
- Europass Mobility Certificate (to be issued by the applicant's NA).
