The content design of the workshop is expected to meet the needs of a wide range target group: teachers in adult education, social workers, career officers, educational guides and counsellors, as well as management staff in an educational institution or organisations involved in international mobility and exchanges programs.
This programme is designed for current and future professionals, with an international focus, who wish to improve their abilities to manage educational events and activities. Typical participants will be those already working in that field or related areas. The target group can be extended to include managers and professionals from NGO’s.

Held in an attractive environment, this workshop endeavours to offer professionals the opportunity to obtain specific competencies required for successful management of educational events. Following a proven concept in terms of teaching and content provides an extraordinarily varied and substantial mixture of theory, practice, and peer-to-peer exchange of professional experiences.
