EPALE - Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe

News

The third step

The third phase of the project "Development of the Key Competences of Adults by Innovation Program of Consumer Education", consisted in transforming the two case studies that each partners had produced, into real lessons for the target population of the project. From the short stories that were born taking inspiration from people's daily experience, a lesson mode had to be created, which provided for a didactic manual for the learners but also the scanning of the lessons:

  • Timing
  • Tasks
  • Questions to solicit the participants and stimulate them to critical thinking
  • Interactive and innovative mode

A great job that saw an exchange of ideas and materials first among the project developers, we exchanged drafts and organized calls on Skype until we got a product that seemed satisfactory to us. This too was a good opportunity to compare procedural and methods at European level, in the end we can say that tenacity and passion for work, together with competence and permanent study, are trump cards throughout Europe.
