The aim of our project is to enable our students to do internships in European care practices for dementia and Alzheimer's patients, which have become an important health problem of our time and the future, and to observe European practices in this regard and to prepare them for the new structure that may be. Our Institution aims to increase the branch of specialization and employment opportunities in the field of health and to provide sustainable training on this subject.Our project was completed in Germany/Gelshenkirchen with 10 students and 2 teachers on 07/3/2022-29/03/2022

Based on these targets, our project will more specifically focus on the population aged 20-64 according to the EU's 2020 targets.It will contribute to the target of increasing the employment rate from 69% to 75%, as well as vocational training.

Our project, which we prepared within the scope of internship mobility of students, has reached the 2020 goal of "Youth on the Move".In accordance with this, it will also contribute to the policy of developing employment opportunities for the young population.
