We are pleased to introduce you to the project Solution4Inclusion, co-financed by the Erasmus+ program, developed by Empoderar and LTI.

In this project, solution-focused methods were applied to promote social inclusion.

This approach is effective, simple and adaptable to a wide range of contexts. The solution-centric approach allows you to enhance the development of individuals, teams and/or organizations.

In addition to several training moments, we have created a manual with guidelines that can be used by all those who are interested. There is a Portuguese, an English and a Finnish version.
