The Smart Business For All | SMAB project is a European project funded by Erasmus+ (project number: 2021-1-NO01-KA220-VET000034660) and over the next 2 years, partners from five different countries including Greece, Germany, Poland, Spain and Norway will work together to implement four Intellectual Outputs (IOs).  

The project's core is the creation of a comprehensive and innovative framework tailored to the unique needs of migrants and refugees, particularly their entrepreneurial aspirations. The overarching goal is to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and essential support required not only succeeding in the business world but also promoting their seamless integration into society.

The project has set specific goals to promote entrepreneurship among women migrants, refugees and people living in remote areas. Our primary project objectives are: -Fostering and promoting entrepreneurial spirit, -Empowering vulnerable individuals, -Facilitating social activation, protection, and inclusion, -Creating opportunities for increased profit and improved living standards, -Providing contemporary training and education using innovative approaches, -Establishing entrepreneurial opportunities within the rural sector, -Ensuring the continued operational capacity and profitability of businesses in rural areas.

The partnership will achieve the following four results during the duration of the two-year project aiming to promote the entrepreneurial spirit, empower vulnerable individuals, foster social inclusion, and provide training and education.

Intellectual Output 1: National case studies on migrant needs

The output aims to outline the emerging needs and state of the art with emphasis on the project target group at national level.

Intellectual Output 2: Certified Training Program

The second intellectual Outputs targets the unique needs of migrants and refugees who wish to start up their own business or potentially run one that needs enhancement. The IO2 core is an e- learning training programme that will be personalized to the end user needs, learning background and gaps.

Intellectual Output 3: The Career Kit

The Career Kit addresses migrants and refugees who wish to start up a business and seek for:

-Counseling,

-Empowerment and

-Guidance and practical assistance.

Intellectual Output 4: The Recourse Center (RC)

The project Recourse Center (RC) will be a virtual online platform with highly interactive features that will not only include all the project outcomes and outputs but also allow the end users to interact online.
