Ekonomska škola braća Radić organized VET mobility and sent 16 English speaking students to Spain and German speaking students to Germany. The participants were the students from the 2nd, 3rd  and 4th grades attending economist, commercialist and business administration courses. The students were selected by the internal tender described in the application form, Participants' profile,   which was be organized by the school committee.  The Erasmus team did all prepearatory activities concerning choice and contacts with partner organizations in host countries, to inform participants and their parents about the project, project activities and outcomes, take care of organizing traveling and travel insurance of the participants. The school organized preparations for the participants in form of additional classes of relevant subjects, psichological preparations for being absent from home for longer period of time, cultural preparation giving the participants necessary information about the country they were going to realize their training mobility. Spanish partner was responsible of language preparation organizing courses partly online before mobility, partly on the site during the mobility. Both partners matched participants and the companies, or the workplace after the interview with participants. The participants were accompanied by 3 persons, 2 accompanied 16 students in Spain and 1 accompanied 8 students in Germany.
The school and the companies  determined the learning outcomes together for each particular participants necessary for applying ECVET system of certification.
The school was in constant contact with partners before the mobility providing them with all necessary information, details and documents about participants taking into account the deadlines set in agreements and the contracts.
The partner organizations in the project were Euromind and Vitalis, institution for organizing vocational internship.  They contacted the companies and arrange the training activities for the students. They also took care of accommodation of students and accompanying persons, local transport, trips and activities during free time, organize monitoring and mentoring for students, cooperated with accompanying persons to asure the highest quality level of the training.
This training  helped students to develop their professional and social skills, improved their language competences which made them more competitive at European labor market. It was planed to be realized in two flows, one in Spain, the other in Germany, both at the same time. The reason of choosing two flows was the fact that students in sending institution learn two foreign languages and they should have the same opportunities to improve their foreign language skills during their training. 
During preparatory period, the students attended extra language and professional classes as well as cultural preparations .
The students got Europass Mobility document, Language pasport for Spanish language and ECVET certification, which proved the skills and competencies they improved during their vocational training and can be attached to their CVs when applying for job. The sending institution also provided internal certificate of attendance the training which served to cover the students' absence from lessons and classes in school.
The  training was be realized in two flows according to the programms attached to this application
The school  performed the dissemination activities at all possible levels during the preparation period and after the mobility according to dissemination plan attached to  application.
