The SENIMA (Social Enterprises Management) consortium was formed in 2022 with the participation of 6 institutions from 5 different countries: Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Italy and Poland. Our aim was to promote social entrepreneurship by providing easily adaptable tools for wannabe entrepreneurs.

online learning.

We have reached the targets originally defined in the Erasmus+ Application form and now are ready to present our project products to entrepreneurs, future entrepreneurs, academics, business consultants, professional trainers and the general public.

Here are the results to learn more about social entrepreneurship:

Do you like traditional manuals and want deeper knowledge? The SENIMA Syllabus is a comprehensive training material to address operational, financial and organisational challenges of social enterprises. The concept is universal and thus fits all sizes of companies from micro to larger organisations. The four modules of the material introduce the essentials on

  • Social enterprises business models and legal forms,

  • Innovation in the social sector,

  • Financial management for social enterprises,

  • Governance and social enterprise.

Are you short on time, or do you prefer ppts? The aim of the SENIMA e-platform , which also works on various other devices, is to enhance the learning process in an interactive and customisable way by integrating the SENIMA Syllabus with practical tools and resources. The learners can study the syllabus material with the help of PowerPoint slides in an autonomous way and are directly linked to the SENIMA website and certificate environment.

Are you a person of action? Check out the PR3: SENIMA Toolkit and Applied Case StudiesIt contains 13 practical learning activities designed to make better understand social entrepreneurship principles as well as 5 case studies, one from each participating country, to provide real-life examples of how the SENIMA concept was successfully applied by social enterprises.

Validate your knowledge! We offer the participants of the SENIMA course an independent certification process on the material learned. The SENIMA Certificate  gained after the completion of the certification exam can be used by individuals to boost their CVs, but also by employers as a qualification requirement. The examination process is online, automatic, builds strictly on the content of the SENIMA Syllabus and tests the knowledge and skills without any human interference.

Our project website, which was already visited by more than 2000 visitors offers more details on the SENIMA project, the project partners, news on the consortium activities and a collection of crosslinked projects, all of which share our enthusiasm for the promotion and development of social entrepreneurship in Europe.

The project results were introduced to the target groups at multiplier events in January 2024 in all participating countries, reaching altogether more than 120 individuals.
