The Science Virus was founded in 2017 by a group of volunteers who believed that science was the only way to reach reality. Under the leadership of Şule Yücebıyık, volunteer viruses consisting of new generation educators, business and scientists aim to infect young people with passion for science. The vision of the Science Virus movement is to spread science as a way of thinking and life. Supporting learning experiences while providing young people with the skills needed by the 21st century.

The Science Virus movement believes that we have a lot to learn from each other. For this reason, it builds bridges between science, education, art and business, and capable viruses, and works to create benefits. Science Virus Programs are held on Saturdays / Sundays, with periods of 2 to 8 weeks. Participation is free.

Students participating in the program gets the virus certificate "science virus".

The social initiative Science Virus, which aims to infect young people with a passion for science, will be held in Mardin after Istanbul and Bursa.

Nearly 500 high school and university students from Mardin and surrounding provinces are expected to attend the Science Virus Meeting, which will be held in Dara Ancient City on Wednesday, August 21st.
