EPALE - Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe

During this half training-half webinar I'd like to share with you some of my most important discoveries related to the science of adult learning, that every trainer should know. Some of them feel obvious, some are surprising, all of them give us a clear checklist of what to remember about when designing a training programme and delivering it if we aim for efficiency. 

I'm doing a PhD in the field of training efficiency, searching for trainer and trainee related factors that influence the training outcomes. I'll start my own experiments soon, but before that I needed to go through what is already done in the field.
