The consortium of the EDSAW project focused on Enhancing Digital and Soft Skills for the Ageing Workforce invites you to the presentation of the report Digital and Soft Skill Development Needs of Ageing Workforce (50+).
Differences in digital skills are a reality, but the EDSAW project focuses on turning the deficiencies into an opportunity.
The project focuses on strengthening the digital and soft skills of people 50+ especially in the Central European region.
The project team has worked on the development of the state-of-the-art e-learning platform to offer courses that combine academic excellence with practical applicability.
The workshop will present the results of the need analysis of the target group in the area of digital and soft skills and providing information about online courses focused on developing their digital and soft skills.
