The new AOA CR project of the program Erasmus+ titled “Innovative Work-Life Balance Tools to Promote Equality of Men and Women” was launched in December 2019 and the first event was a kick off meeting which took place on January 8, 2020 in Prague. This project has been funded with support from the European Commission. The Slovak AIVD SR, the Greek partner DAFNI KEK and the Portuguese EPATV have all been cooperating on the project. All partners have extensive experience with Erasmus+ projects. The aim of this two-year project is to promote equality between men and women by establishing fundamental outcomes that concentrate on implementing such equal treatment in practice. The first step involves formation of video interviews with HR managers who manifest good practice of the work-life balance in particular countries. The following output is going to be Work-life Balance Blended Learning, to be precise, an e-learning course available on moodle.kpms.cz and its face-to-face part for recruiters and managers who want to apply work-life balance tools in their businesses and companies. Human resources officers may also gain experience in this area from training which will take place in September 2022 in Greece.
