The Foundation Tempus – EPALE National Support Service in Serbia is organizing a national EPALE conference entitled "Methods and techniques for the development of key competences in basic adult education", which will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, from 10am to 4pm in Belgrade.

The aim of the conference is discussing the significance of development of key competences in the system of elementary education of adults, as well as starting discussions on efficient methods and techniques in teaching adult learners, with particular focus on low-educated adults.

The conference is primarily aimed at teachers in functional elementary education for adults, andragogical assistants, directors of schools that provide functional elementary education for adults and other adult education providers or stakeholders actively engaged in adult education.
