Trabzon Maturation Institute researched local and cultural handicrafts in the region and created new designs to transfer them to future generations. It is aimed to unearth the local clothes that are about to be forgotten.
As a result of the research, the texture, colour and fabric culture of the clothes were recorded. The local clothes of 6 districts were reached and replicas of the clothes were made. Cloth dolls were also produced exactly the same as the clothes. 

 Our institute contacted other provinces in order to reach the fabrics of those years. Some fabrics were ordered from Kastamonu and Istanbul. Linen fabrics are also produced in our workshops. The outfit of the clothes is made by Trabzon Maturation Institute, from headscarves to socks.
