Virtual learning models that will be accessible in Lithuanian and English languages to every employee in Lithuanian public sector were created by improving Lithuanian public sector’s social clustering competences and implementing a project “Promotion of Sustainable Development by Strengthening Social Clustering in Public Sector” lead by Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences, Utena, Druskininkai, Prienai, and Birzai municipalities, Vilnius College of Design, Lithuanian College of Democracy Development as well as partners from Norway “Flexible Education Norway”.

Project’s lead and Lithuanian University’s of Educational Sciences assoc. dr. Angelė Kaušylienė explains that virtual training participants will gain social partnership and social business communication knowledge that will help them in forming skills and values necessary for developing socially responsible businesses in communities and society. Participants will also get to know how municipalities could create a friendly environment for developing and expanding social clustering as well as contribute to increasing regional and general country’s competitiveness.
