Mr. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his wife Mrs. Emine Erdoğan of Turkey's chairmanship Literacy Campaign was launched. It is aimed that the illiterate citizens to be literate by attending 1st Level Literacy Education Courses and to be directed to 2nd Level Adult Literacy Education Courses which will enable them to study at the primary school level.
In this context, 35 courses have been opened for all non-literate citizens and 86 of them have been awarded with 'Literacy Certificate'.
