The general objective of the project “Competencies and skills for socio-economic inclusion”, reference number 2020-1-RO01-KA104-078797, is to learn new communication techniques and innovative teaching strategies for social inclusion. There were organized 4 mobilities (4 participations in training courses: one in Spain, to the training activity "Innovative teaching methods for teachers, school and adult education", in July 2021, two in Croatia ("21st Century Approach To Adult Education") and one Greece (“INCLUSIVE ICT EDUCATION-Towards a digital and inclusive pedagogy") and two participants to a job shadowing activity to Asociación Proyectos Educativos y Socioeconómicos Socio Europe from Spain.

Every aspect of this project (objectives, priorities of the program, actions, finformation for beneficiaries, as well as the activities for the dissemination and exploitation of learning outcomes, assessment, and all the benefits are the most important benefits such projects give to the participants. In our trainers' case, we can mention: development of digital, entrepreneurial, pedagogical, collaborative, problem solving skills, negotiation, critical thinking, improving the English language, developing partnerships and projects with European stakeholders in adult education in Europe. All the activities had both theoretical parts, such as: the evolution of teaching in the era of digital technology, the importance of creativity in the modern school, face-to-face teaching vs. mixed vs. virtual teaching, as well as practical parts: use of Animoto, Canva, AdobeSpark, MakebeliefComix, Timeline Editor tool. Besides the digital tools, our activities involved also non-formal activities.

After having attended the job shadowing activity and the training courses, we set up the caravan entitled LET’S CONTINUE LEARNING, because our final aim is to share the idea of learning outside the school and outside the conventional age for learning.
