About the FLOWER TOOLKIT: 

The FLOWER TOOLKIT is an innovative, user-friendly tool designed to inspire and equip caregivers, family members, and volunteers to engage older adults in meaningful nature-based activities. Available in five languages (English, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, and Slovenian), the toolkit includes:

• 6 Learning Modules: These modules provide essential knowledge and practical skills for organizing outdoor activities tailored to the needs of older adults.
• 50 Nature-based activities: A diverse selection of activities focused on helping older adults connect with nature, with an emphasis on sensory experiences that enhance well-being.
