'Intergenerational communication 'and' Privacy ' trainings from the Ministry of family, labour and Social Services

The Ministry of family, labour and social services will also add "privacy education" and "intergenerational communication in the family" to the content of the Family Education Program, which has reached more than 2 million citizens so far.

As an adult education program, Family Education Programs will be enriched according to the needs and issues that the families face. In this context "privacy training" and "intergenerational communication in the family" modules will also be included under the scope of the Family Education Programs.

Continuing the work of preparing the contents of the modules under the leadership of academics, the ministry aims to improve intergenerational ties and communication in the family with the "intergenerational communication module in the family", to provide family members with problem-solving skills in the face of problems arising from generational differences and to contribute to the realization of value transfer.

More than 2 million citizens have been reached through family education and 28 training modules in 5 main areas have been offered to the citizens. The trainings include modules from "marriage and family life" to "health literacy".  And, citizens can also access this educational content online.

Although face-to-face training has been temporarily halted due to the outbreak of a new type of coronavirus (Covid-19), which has been effective in Turkey since March, the citizens can attended to Training Program through distance education.
