GEN Z - project description
Gen Z Friendly Seniors is a joint partnership of adult education institutions from Turkey, Poland, Latvia and Slovakia, where the Beneficiary is Turkey.
The idea of the project is to raise awareness to contribute to the better use of the potential of older people for the benefit of the local community.
The goal of the project is:
integrating active ageing into the processes of lifelong learning and continuous personal development
reducing the intercultural social gap between the new generation and the elderly
helping the elderly to develop knowledge and social skills that will contribute to increasing their participation in life.
The project's mission is to develop a model program of cooperation between adult education institutions and schools.
