The European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) organises a workshop on 'Financing Adult Learning in Europe' and regional meeting on5 April 2017 in Porto, Portugal - there are still a few places available! This event will be an opportunity to discuss the state of the financing of adult education and learning in Europe and to connect with other organisations from this field.

Further details can be found in the preliminary agenda in the attachment. Internationally renowned expert on the financing of adult education, Dieter Dohmen, will hold a keynote speech. The workshop will offer an interactive format with many opportunities to discuss and share experiences from the work at the grass-roots level, but also at national and European level. Furthermore, a part of the afternoon activities will be dedicated to capacity building for Southern European organisations to build stronger networks at regional and national level.
