The Festival of Learning and Experience Exchange marks the official launch of Migrants and Refugees as Re-Builders; an online educational resource for Adult Educators working with migrants and refugees. The purpose of the project is to enhance the potential of migrants and refugees by designing online educational resources to aid Adult Educators in enhancing their inclusion and economic integration. Funded by the EU Erasmus+ programme, this KA2 Strategic Partnership, Cross-border Intercultural and Societal Entrepreneurs, consists of organisations in Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the UK which are providing services to migrants and refugees.

After three-years’ work, we are pleased to present the Migrants and Refugees as Re-Builders Curriculum, Competence Self-Assessment framework and Social Micro-Indicators for inclusion and economic integration.

The presentation of the educational resources will take place during two identical events, of which attendees are welcome to join either - the same presentations and discussions will take place at both events. The first will take place on Thursday 15 August 2019 at 10:30-16:00 and includes lunch.

The other option is Friday 16 August 2019 at 18:00-22:00, with the first hour allowing for the provision of supper.

Both events will cover the official launch of educational resources, and the exchange of experiences and stories of inclusion and economic integration. They are free to attend.

Representatives of our partner organisations will be joining us for the occasion:• Kista Folkhögskola, a Muslim community college in a Stockholm suburb, Kista; Sweden• Hasan Kalyoncu University: Research Centre for Migration, in the city of Gaziantep, near the Syrian border; Turkey• Progestión, an organisation providing services to migrants and refugees in Madrid, Spain
