EUROPEAN AGENDA FOR ADULT LEARNING -4 Trainings for the staff of Supervised Freedoom Directorates

Trainings for the staff of started on 31 October 2018, General Directorate for Lifelong learning and ended on 15 March 2019 in the context of the Project called European Agenda for Adult Learning, implemented by Ministry of National Education. Trainings were provided in 7 pilot provinces (Malatya, Mardin, Manisa, Eskişehir, Bursa, Ordu, and Hatay) for the staff working in 81 Provincial Directorates of Supervised Freedom Directorates who gives guidance to supervised freedom convicts and ex-convicts. In total 288 participants from Provincial Directorates of Supervised Freedom (sociologists, psychologists, Social Workers, Teachers, administrators of Ministry of Justice), project team, academicians and stakeholders (ISKUR -Employment Agency), TOBB (Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey), TESK (Turkey Tradesmen And Artisans Confederation), MUSIAD (Independent Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association), Provincial Municipalit’es and Public Education Centers of MoNE participated in the trainings. Participants were awarded participation certificates at the end of the trainings.


Upon the information about the project activities, the training program for the staff of the Provincial Directorates of Supervised Freedom continued with the following topics;


  • Motivation in business life and institutional success
  • Emotional management
  • Communication with disadvantageous individuals
  • Integrating disadvantageous individuals into business life
  • Employment guidance
