EUROPEAN ADULT EDUCATION AGENDA-6 PROJECT REGIONAL MEETINGS
1st Regional Meeting
The regional meeting of the European Adult Education Agenda-6 Project was held on December 04-05, 2023 with the participation of our General Manager Cengiz Mete and 2 regional meetings were held with the participation of 75 people in Van. The meeting was attended by the branch managers responsible for lifelong learning of the provinces of Van and Sanliurfa, directors of the public education center and master tutors, as well as academicians working on the project. During the two-day meeting, e-content prepared to improve the digital skills of all adults, especially individuals in the 45-65 age group and the elderly, lifelong guidance, the Europe 2020 Digital Skills Agenda and the studies carried out on this issue were discussed.
2nd Regional Meeting
The regional meeting of the European Adult Education Agenda-6 Project was held on December 11-12, 2023 in Istanbul with the participation of 100 participants from three regions. A total of 90 people from Istanbul, Konya and Trabzon center attended the meeting. In these regional meetings, a detailed presentation of the e-contents prepared in accordance with the ‘Development of Digital Skills and Competencies of Adults (distance Education-Asynchronous) Course Program’ was made by academics and experts for two days each. The project stakeholders in these meetings are the provincial representative from the Department of Elderly Welfare of the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the participant from the Ankara University Old Age Studies Application and Research Center, the provincial representative from the Union of Municipalities of Turkey and the branch managers responsible for lifelong learning from the pilot provinces of the project and the Director / Director of the public education center of the central districts. Teacher/Master tutors have participated.
3rd Regional Meeting
The regional meeting of the European Adult Education Agenda-6 Project was held in Izmir on December 18-19, 2023 with the participation of 75 participants from two regions. 60 People from Mersin and Izmir center attended the meeting. In these regional meetings, a detailed presentation of the e-contents prepared in accordance with the ‘Development of Digital Skills and Competencies of Adults (distance Education-Asynchronous) Course Program’ was made by academics and experts for two days each.
