Erasmus Plus Project AGENTS FOR INCLUSION - Social Projects Training for Fair and Sustainable Development

Projektlogo: Arme mit bunten Puzzleteilen in der Hand.We have recently concluded an Erasmus Plus project called Agents for Inclusion!
Valuable partners across Europe, including DRPDN in Slovenia, InterAktion in Austria, Municipality of Purchena in Spain, and the coordinator WASLA in Germany, came together to promote European values of inclusion and diversity. Our project aims to empower marginalized groups—migrants, women, and the long-term unemployed—by equipping them with the skills and knowledge to develop and manage social projects, thereby enhancing their competencies for successful labor market integration.

By pooling our collective expertise, we have designed effective strategies to foster essential skills in creating and managing social and local development projects. This initiative aims to build larger, more inclusive communities, share innovative ideas, encourage technological engagement, and promote values of inclusion and active citizenship.

We embarked on the journey with activities that allowed us to deepen our knowledge of our target groups. Focus groups were organized afterwards to connect with the individuals we aim to support—women, the long-term unemployed, and migrants. These interactions helped us identify their specific needs and determine the tools that would make a tangible difference in their lives, leading to the development of consistent and effective training materials afterward.

The insights gained from these meetings informed the next phase of the project: creating a structured training course that addresses the competencies required by our beneficiaries. This course is freely accessible online via our digital platform and website.

With the help of our selected trainers and in collaboration with local communities, all partners conducted local training sessions for the target groups, transforming them into agents of inclusion.

At Europe for All, we believe that this project will have a lasting impact, benefiting numerous women, migrants, and the long-term unemployed on a larger scale. The tools and resources developed will remain available online, ensuring ongoing support and access to knowledge. Participants in the training sessions had the opportunity to benefit from the extensive experience and insights of all project partners.

Everyone can become an agent for inclusion, and support the newcomers and the socially marginalized in their journey to a better and more meaningful life!
