ERASMUS+ JOBSHADOWING
In the scope of our Erasmus+ Project named ''Eco Lifestyle and Sustainable Communities in Adult Education'' as a staff of 10 from our institution we did jobshadowing in Pescara, Italy. We visited a formal state public education center called Istituto Manthone. We've had the opportunity to learn about how the institution designed their courses, the number of educators and the learners, morning and evening classes, how they organised their administrational works, what kind of activities they had on eco lifestyle. It's been a unique experience for us to live in a foreign country, observe its culture and history, taste the food, interact with local people for seven days.
