Somyürek (2012) proposed an interactive learning environment model for workplace training based on analysis of the previous studies in the literature. She stated workplace training involves three major challenges; refreshing outdated job skills and knowledge,  capturing organizational memory, and providing adequate help to employees in real time.

n terms of adult educators, the problems related to learning in the workplace fall into two main categories. 1.    The first is to understand and reveal how individuals solve workplace problems through learning, which are becoming increasingly complex and even difficult to notice. Some of these problems are: a.    to bring interdisciplinary teams and work together in integrating new technologies and improving the flow of business processes, b.    to end inequalities and prejudices in the workplace, and c.    to allow individuals to become aware of their own power to change the conditions of their work.

PERSONNEL ACTION
 In recent years there has been a shift in the educational community towards the STEM fields (Sience, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), as many studies have highlighted STEM's contribution to the development of important student skills. Educational robotics. thanks to its interdisciplinary character, it can be a powerful tool for planning STEM activities.
 In addition, the use of educational robotics and STEM activities has been found to have positive effects on reducing school leakage and dropout, both of which are the scourge of the EPAL.
