This blog summarises personal reflections on a professional development day spent with middle managers from three further education colleges looking at ‘developing a culture of excellence through collaboration’. The event was facilitated by Sue Keenan of Myerscough, Stef Wilkinson from Barnsley and Tam Breeze from Kendal who took the participants on a journey exploring curriculum, through organisational strategy to the importance of culture. It relates to the findings of the Healthy, Wealthy and Wise: implications for workforce development report and forms of the ninth blog of the series.
EPALE’s annual pan-European conference was held on 1 and 2 October 2019 in Warsaw, Poland. The conference gathered more than 220 participants from 38 European countries participating in EPALE project.

Feenics – Empowering Intrapreneurship
The Feenics project is an Erasmus + project, strategic partnership, wiht the aim of exchanging good practice and innovation. Partners are Apopsi S.A in Greece, Dialogue Diversity in Portugal, VE-GO-RA in Croatia, Youth in Science and Buisness Foundation in Estonia and Tora Consult Ltd in Bulgaria.
