VET providers and other organisations active in vocational education and training can apply for funding through two channels: short-term projects for learner and staff mobility and accredited projects for learner and staff mobility.

SETTING UP A PROJECT

The applicant organisation is the key figure of a Key Action 1 project. The applicant prepares and submits the application, signs the grant agreement, carries out the mobility activities and reports on the results to the National Agency concerned. The application process, both for short-term projects and for Erasmus accreditations, focuses on the needs and plans of the applicant organisation.

How to find partners for your mobility activities

The EPALE platform provides all its members with a partner search tool that facilitates the task of finding organisations interested in joining a partnership: Erasmus+ Space.

To be eligible for an Erasmus+ grant, all mobility projects must integrate the following dimensions common to the whole Erasmus+ Programme: Inclusion and diversity, Environmentally responsible and sustainable practices, Digital transformation in education and training, Participation in democratic life.

What is the deadline for submitting a project?

First round (for all national agencies): 20 February at 12.00 (midday Brussels time)
